Third Party Store Adapter Plugin

A Third Party Store Adapter Plugin provides a third party implementation of a plugin which performs processing on Store Adapter operations before and after those operations are processed by a Store Adapter. The plugin is not active unless it is referenced by a Store Adapter configuration.
