Store Adapter Plugin

Note: this is an abstract component that cannot be instantiated.

A Store Adapter Plugin defines a plugin which performs processing on Store Adapter operations before and after those operations are processed by a Store Adapter. The plugin is not active unless it is referenced by a Store Adapter configuration.
