UnboundID Certificate Plus Password SASL Mechanism Handler

The UnboundID Certificate Plus Password SASL Mechanism Handler may be used to perform multifactor authentication against the Data Sync Server using both a client certificate (presented during SSL/TLS negotiation) and a static password.
