The General Monitor Provider may be used to obtain general monitor information about the Data Governance Server instance.
The attributes generated by this monitor provider will always appear in the "cn=monitor" entry. If an instance of this monitor provider is enabled in the configuration then they will also appear in the "cn=General Monitor Entry,cn=config" entry.
